Adam’s Sceptre periodically offers complimentary shipping promotions for eligible regions and orders. Current shipping offers, eligibility, and promotional conditions are subject to the latest information displayed on our website.

Every order is shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging using plain boxes or discreet mailers. Shipping labels display only “Adam’s Sceptre” or “Adams Sceptre” as the sender name.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Pacific Time), excluding weekends and public holidays.

After shipment, tracking information will be sent automatically by email.

During peak periods, holidays, or operational maintenance windows, processing times can require additional time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your order information, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order enters processing or shipment preparation, modifications and cancellations are no longer available.

Shipping Estimates

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination region and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated transit times refer only to transportation time after dispatch and do not include processing time.

While we work closely with international logistics partners to maintain stable delivery operations, transit times can be affected by severe weather conditions, customs inspections, flight delays, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or regional logistics system synchronization delays.

Split Shipments

Depending on inventory allocation and warehouse availability, certain orders may ship separately in multiple packages at no additional cost.

International Shipping & Customs

Adam’s Sceptre supports international shipping across multiple global regions.

Most international shipments arrive normally without additional action required from the customer. Depending on destination country regulations and local customs procedures, certain shipments are subject to customs inspection, clearance processing, or regional carrier verification requirements.

For most supported regions, standard international shipping and customs processing are handled as part of our fulfillment operations. Certain countries or local authorities may independently apply import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional clearance-related charges according to local regulations.

To comply with international shipping requirements, customs documentation in some regions requires limited product descriptions on shipping paperwork or carrier labels.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates can experience delays due to carrier system synchronization.

Statuses such as “Shipping Label Created” do not always indicate that a shipment has not moved. In certain cases, carriers delay initial scan updates while the package continues moving through the logistics network.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Packages confirmed lost in transit qualify for replacement support.

Once a shipment has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for lost or stolen packages, including porch theft incidents, transfers to the recipient.

We strongly recommend using secure delivery locations whenever possible.

If a delivered package cannot be located, we recommend checking the surrounding delivery area, neighbors, property management, and allowing additional time for delayed carrier updates before contacting support.
