At Adam’s Sceptre, every product is created with a strong emphasis on engineering precision, structural integrity, and long-term experience.

Because of the intimate nature of our products, as well as hygiene and safety considerations, all orders are considered final once shipped.

This policy exists not as a limitation, but as part of our commitment to protecting the cleanliness, discretion, and integrity of every customer experience.

Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives with a confirmed defect, shipping damage, incorrect item, or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Our team will review the issue carefully and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement shipment or provide additional support instructions.

Photo verification may be required for certain claims.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we may arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Adam’s Sceptre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including porch piracy incidents.

However, whenever possible, we will still do our best to assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that order details may occasionally need to be adjusted shortly after purchase.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

For approved pre-shipment cancellations, certain payment processing, currency conversion, or transaction-related fees may be deducted from the final refunded amount depending on the payment provider and transaction status. In most cases, these deductions are typically around 10%.

Sizing Guidance

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all sizing information before placing an order.

Because fit preferences and wearing experiences may vary between individuals, we do not offer exchanges for alternate sizes once an order has been shipped.

Sealed Packaging & Hygiene Standards

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, every Adam’s Sceptre product is sealed in protective tamper-evident packaging before shipment.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, products with opened or damaged protective seals cannot be returned, resold, or restocked.

This standard exists to ensure that every customer receives a product that is brand new, untouched, and uncompromised.
